I'm Paula,

Here's how I got here, and why this work matters so much to me.

I'm originally from the UK, now living in Dubai with my husband and our two teenage daughters, after years also spent in Kuwait, Paris and Scotland.

I identified with ADHD in my 40s and suddenly so many of my struggles made sense. ADHD had been part of my life since childhood, but perimenopause brought it to the forefront.

My ADHD diagnosis changed everything. It gave me an understanding of myself I'd never had before, and finally answered questions I'd been carrying for years.

My Journey

In 2018, I started my Rapid Transformational Therapy business, specialising in social anxiety and confidence, because that's where I'd struggled the most. I had a huge fear of rejection back then, what I now recognise as RSD, and over the years I worked through it. I went from struggling to speak up at a dinner table with friends to speaking on stages and at events.

But undiagnosed ADHD kept getting in the way. My clients got real results, overcoming fears, finding their voice, speaking publicly, and yet I couldn't create any consistency in my own business. I was always reaching for a level of success I just couldn't seem to hold onto. If business was going well, home life fell apart. If home life was steady, business slipped. It felt like I could never have both at once.

That changed when I was diagnosed with ADHD and started working with coaches myself. Now, both my home and my business run smoothly, but more than that, working with coaches is what showed me exactly how I wanted to help other people.

Business matters deeply to me, and I genuinely believe entrepreneurship is one of the best paths for people with ADHD. I'm passionate about that. I also believe having a coach is a lifeline for ADHD brains specifically, because we can't always see our own blind spots. We go further and faster with someone who actually understands how we operate.

I'm neuroaffirming through and through. I don't see ADHD as a defect, a disorder to fix, or even purely a neurological condition. I see it as difference. I'm also open-minded and, honestly, quite woo. Alternative therapies and energetic practices are always my first instinct. I don't expect everyone to share my beliefs, and that's completely fine, but I think it's worth you knowing who I am and what I value, so you know exactly who you'd be working with.

Credentials

I'm a certified Advanced ADHD Coach, trained through the Neurodiversity Training Academy, one of the highest ICF-accredited ADHD coaching academies in the UK, covering everything from brain science and hormones to diagnostic pathways, emotions, mindset and holistic management.

Alongside my coaching training, I've studied several other disciplines that shape how I work:

  • Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT) — understanding regression-based subconscious work and how limiting beliefs form

  • Reiki — training in energy work and restoring balance and alignment

  • Guided Meditation Facilitation — techniques to quiet the mind and build self-awareness

  • Women's Circle Facilitation — holding safe, empowering spaces for connection and growth

  • Certified Hypnosis Practitioner — training in modern hypnotherapy and how mindset and behavioural change actually happen

This blend of knowledge means my coaching goes far beyond surface-level strategy, drawing on a genuine understanding of the mind, nervous system and subconscious patterns that shape how ADHD actually shows up in your work, your business and your life.
